Delectus Boulder Falls Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml 2017 Size:Default Title Laurent-Perrier celebrated half a centuryDelectus handcrafts luxury red wines from select vineyards throughout Napa Valley and Knights Valley. The Boulder Creek Cabernet Sauvignon showcases earthy mushroom and minerality changed within minute to effervescent cola and dark fruits. The tannins aren't shy but give way to bittersweet chocolate, coffee and blackberry. Bright acid makes this a great food wine. Pair with roasted lamb, slow roasted short ribs or aged, sharp cheeses.
