Carved Olive Wood of Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus Sale 7" x H 5"A lotDimensions: W 2" x H 9. 6" Made in the Holy Land, Mary is one long, elegant piece of olive wood. In a very clean and simple silhouette, she holds the baby Jesus on her hip as so many mothers do. Self standing and hand carved in the faceless abstract art form admired by young Christians, the rich grain of the wood gives movement to the figure. It can be displayed year round or at Christmas time.
