RD (Bob) Taylor Model 35-5 Fly Rod 7'6" 3/2 #5 7' Wheatstraw tempered cane done inA very nice RD (Bob) Taylor Model 35 5 bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5. Serial number "293". Lawn cast only condition. The rod weighs 3. 8 ounces on my scale. Pleasing medium action. The rod is straight and the ferrule fits are good. Medium wheatstraw cane done in a two opposed node pattern. Flawless varnish, with the sole exception being a tiny bit of roughness right at the base of the keeper ring (very minor). Bronze wraps
