The ability to pay mana and ping each opponent isn't incredibly powerful, but it is a way to keep things rolling in decks such as Rakdos, Lord of Riots or the more recent Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin without having to have spells or other nonland permanents around to help generate life loss
Like in the film, the Snuggly Duckling is a perfect location for brawls , incentivizing challenges by adding some lore generation into the mix
Sigarda, Heron's Grace is the weakest option of the three on pure power level, but its an annoying threat and I like the idea of having a flying, go-wide threat to complement the go-tall game plan in the rest of the deck
