Rating: 2/5 Jolly Roger - Hook's Ship Jolly Roger is the Pirate deck enabler

Its all-around great value with this one

The most important tiebreaker for me was that if your Green landfall deck gets swept, just having Ba Sing Se in play means that you can start attacking again, even when you don't topdeck a threat

His protection being attached to an attack trigger is actually perfect, depicting how Cecil leads from the front in FF4's latter half, uniting his friends to stand against both his former kingdom and the cosmic threat of Zeromus

Then the cardboard stays on the table until it dies when it goes back into the graveyard to be unearthed again
