The four bending mechanics are both flavorful interpretations of the elemental powers they represent and extremely fun for gameplay with loads of interesting interplay between them (I've gushed about this enough already.) The set has the greatest Limited format of the year, with loads of fun micro-decisions to make in both drafting and playing
For example, if you sacrifice a 3/3 creature to cast Fling and then copy it with Wyll's Reversal, the copy of Fling will also deal 3 damage to its target
You have to sacrifice a creature each upkeep, or the Monument topples
Spider-Punk Express Yourself This is one of my favourite cards in the whole set, purely for its flavour
It also doesnt double Caesar, Legion's Emperors trigger, because thats an attack trigger
