Eevee ex (Eevee Grove) was designed to take advantage of this loophole, as it counts as a different card from regular Eevee but has an ability that lets it evolve into anything that evolves from Eevee, effectively letting Eeveelution-based decks run 4 copies of Eevee
In the precon it gives you another spell to cast at instant speed, and more importantly, its going to draw you cards on not your turn, which means youll be able to more consistently trigger Alela since youll draw into more spells with Flash or instants
