If an instant or sorcery card you cast this way goes to a zone other than exile or a graveyard, perhaps because one of its abilities says to put it into its owner's hand, it won't be exiled

Its very hard to lose the game if youre holding up Reins of Power, and sometimes it flat-out wins the game for you

Being able to regenerate itself doesnt matter too much when your opponents have no real reason to get rid of it

That meant that this card often gave you a lot of life to play with, but the most curious thing about it was that often it didn't give you that much life at all
