Von Hövel Scharzhofberger Kabinett 2022 - A picture-perfect Kabinett from a legendary site
and complex slate minerality
and then fermentation in the cool cellar
as well as slate-spicy notes of cold smoke
very refined and balanced with a subtle residual sweetness
Stefan Müller Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling trocken 2020 Magnum mineralisch Von Hövel Scharzhofberger Kabinett 2022Stefan Mller Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling trocken 2020 Magnum is one of his two best dry Rieslings. The wine, spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts, exhibits the typical "Sponti nose" so highly valued by wine lovers: wonderfully smoky with fine citrus and herbal aromas. Everything is extremely densely interwoven, expressive, yet incredibly fine and elegant. A clear "Grosses Gewchs" challenger, with an extremely friendly price tag!
