I find L-Carnitine works well to allow for stored body fat stores to be used as a fuel source when dieting which aids in improving overall daily and workout energy levels allowing for more productive weight based workouts, i find this to be quite an effective supplement that allows for me to be able to get in decent amounts of L-Carnitine and green tea extract to aid in my fat loss phases, i also find that this supplement stacks well with around 6 softgels of a decent form of CLA to provide more of a boost in fat loss results and aid in allowing for the burning of stubborn fat stores which for me are located on my lower abs, lower back and upper legs
