Formula: Concentration (mg/ml) = Powder amount (mg) Water volume (ml) Common scenarios: 50mg vial + 2.5ml water = 20mg/ml For 1mg dose: 1 20 = 0.05ml = 5 units on U-100 syringe For 2mg dose: 2 20 = 0.1ml = 10 units 50mg vial + 2ml water = 25mg/ml For 1mg dose: 1 25 = 0.04ml = 4 units For 2mg dose: 2 25 = 0.08ml = 8 units 100mg vial + 5ml water = 20mg/ml For 2mg dose: 2 20 = 0.1ml = 10 units For 3mg dose: 3 20 = 0.15ml = 15 units Use the peptide reconstitution calculator to verify your math before mixing
