A true expression of the Barossa Valley, it highlights the regions hallmark depth, power, and concentration. Fermented with 20% whole bunches, with the remainder destemmed but not crushed, preserving whole berries. The must was hand plunged twice daily for three weeks before being pressed to a mix of 50% new and 50% seasoned French oak hogsheads. Aged on
